Last Monday, I flew to Medan on the flight number GA 116, on the schedule board, it is stated that the plane would depart at 70.00 a.m. But in fact, I had to wait for an hour before taking off. It has happened many times; because of that I was late to attend an important meeting at my office in Medan.
